Share a clear customer update

A shared gallery gives a customer a focused view of progress without inviting them into the workspace.

1. 01

   Choose the project

   Open the project and select Share project. An owner or admin creates gallery links.

   Select the right files

   Select only the photos and files you want the recipient to see.

   Review the captions

   Decide whether to include captions. Check that the visible content is appropriate to share.

   Set an expiry date

   Choose how long the gallery should remain available.

   Copy and share the link

   Copy the generated link and send it yourself. Revoke it from Shared galleries when it is no longer needed.
