Data handling for the current early access release.

What the workspace stores

The service stores account names and emails, company details, project information, uploaded files, comments, tasks, documents, membership roles, and an activity record. A session cookie keeps you signed in. Browser storage remembers theme choices and holds files waiting to upload.

Where data is processed

Application data is stored and processed using Cloudflare services. When you explicitly request an AI report or translation, the relevant project text or message is sent to Workers AI. Reports use written project records; this release does not analyze photo contents.

What is shared

Members of a workspace can see its project data according to their role. Gallery recipients can see selected files and optional captions until the link expires or is revoked. Invitation links grant access only after acceptance with the invited account email.

Cookies and analytics

This release uses a first-party session cookie and local preferences. It does not load advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics.

Retention and control

Data is retained until removed through available workspace controls or by the operator. Archiving hides records without permanently erasing originals. Automatic data retention and self-service account deletion are not yet implemented.
